Most of the time, if your show or episode artwork isn't showing up on listening apps like Spotify or Apple, it's because that platform hasn't been updated yet after you've published changes here on ZenCast.
When you upload new or updated artwork it can take a while for listening apps to pick up on and display the new information. ZenCast will update instantly, but listening apps like Spotify and Apple can take a few minutes, or even a few hours, to reflect those changes on their end.
This is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.
How long will it take for new artwork to show on Spotify, Apple, etc?
If you don't see the right artwork immediately after uploading, or even after a few hours, this can simply be down to how long each platform takes to refresh and display changes and it's a case of waiting for them to update.
So long as the artwork is uploaded to ZenCast then it will be in included your show's RSS feed and it's a matter of waiting for Spotify, Apple, etc to correctly display it on their end.
